ShiaNūr is intended to provide educational, devotional, and informational resources relating to Twelver Shia Islam.

The App is designed to assist personal worship and learning. It is not intended to replace qualified religious scholarship, legal advice, medical advice, emergency services, or professional guidance.

Users should consult appropriate qualified authorities when seeking religious rulings or advice for their specific circumstances.

# 8. Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

---

# 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
